Reception :
The office is open every day :
- from 8am to 12 am 13 pm to 8pm in summer,
- from 9 am to midday and from 2pm to 6pm outside the summer holidays.
While the campsite is closed, we will reply as soon as possible.

Tourist information :
The receptionist will give you all the information you need to help you find out all about our region and make your stay easier.
Patrick, a mountain guide, can advise you about hike routes.

Telephone :
There is a card-operated telephone booth on the campsite.
INTERNET terminal at reception.

Wifi GRATUIT au bar ou à l'accueil du camping

Post :
The letter box is at the campsite entrance. Post is collected at 9am, Monday to Friday. Any post received is left at reception.

Personal messages :
Any messages are displayed at reception (except cases of extreme urgency).

Laundry and linen room :
There is a laundry room at each sanitary block. A token-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the sanitary block near reception.
An ironing board is located in the laundry room of the reception building (loan of iron).

Swimming pool - Ice rink :
Discount tickets are available from reception for the water park (Centre Aquatique) and ice rink.

Shuttle service :
Summer :
Free shuttle service to Côte 2000.
Winter :
Free shuttle service to Côte 2000 (downhill skiing) and Bois Barbu (cross-country skiing). The shuttle service comes past the campsite.

Bread :
During high season, you can order bread and pastries for the following day (orders to be placed before 7pm).

Shop :
A small shop is available. Raclette equipment an barbecue rental.

Gas :
Sale of gas cylinders and returnables.

 BAR (SUMMER ONLY) :
Open every day from 8am, proposing the following : newspapers, ice creams,breakfasts.
